Zane Allen Evans

Zane Allen Evans, 59 of Elliott County passed away Wednesday, November 15, 2023 at his home. Zane was born May 31, 1964 at Ashland, KY the son of the late Drew and Helen Fraley Evans.

Zane was retired from pipefitting and truck driving. He loved trucks. He loved to talk! He loved to socialize and talk about old times. He loved to eat. He loved bluegrass music and history. He loved his family and friends. He will always be remembered for being generous, humble and his kind heart, smile and his big laugh.

He is survived by his son, Zachariah Evans, his loving wife Angie, daughter Autumn Rose and granddaughter Madison Rose. He is also survived by a special cousin Barbara Daniels and Brother & Sister in law Butch and Missy Simmons. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends.

Funeral will be conducted Saturday, November 18, 2023 at 1:00 PM at Lewis & Ferguson Funeral Home with Bro. Rick Lyons officiating. Burial will be at the Green Cemetery. Friends may call after 11:00 AM Saturday at the funeral home.
