Wilma G (Osborne) Fultz

Wilma G. Osborne Fultz, 72, of Sandy Hook, KY passed away Sunday, October 25, 2020 at Ashland Community Hospice at Ashland, KY.

Mrs. Fultz was born March 18, 1948 at Sandy Hook, KY; the daughter of the late Noah and Dorothy Ratcliff Osborne as well as one sister, Laura Fraley.

She was of the Baptist faith. She was formerly employed as a cook/aide with the Elliott County Board of Education and was a homemaker.

Mrs. Fultz is survived by her husband, William Thomas Fultz. A daughter, Tammy Stevens & husband John of Ironton, OH;  a son Billy Fultz of Sandy Hook, KY. One grandson, Caleb Porter of Webbville, KY and two sisters, Pat Whitt of Fairborn, OH and Annette Adkins of Springfield, OH.;  one brother, Jim Osborne of Fairborn, OH.

Funeral will be conducted Wednesday, October 28, 2020 at 1:00 PM with Bro. Jackie Smith and Bobby Fultz officiating at Lewis & Ferguson Funeral Home at Sandy Hook, KY with visitation beginning Wednesday at 11:00 AM.  Burial ill follow at the Conley Cemetery at Crockett.
