Sylvia Kennedy (Hicks) Campbell

Sylvia Hicks Kennedy Campbell, 91 of Webbville, KY passed away October 29, 2023 at Three Sisters at Ashland, KY. 

Sylvia was born September 30, 1932, the daughter of the late Ossie and Viola Hill Hicks. Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by two sons; Ossie and Christopher Kennedy. Four brothers:  James , Johnny, Lawrence and Gary Hicks, sisters Helen Bellomy and Pauline Ross, Katherien Boyling, Leorna Yournker, Belvin Sizemore. She was a Christian, a certified nursing assistant and a homemaker.

She is survived by her son Eddie Harvey Kennedy of Webbville, KY; two daughters: Barbara Howard and Brenda Stephens both of Ashland, KY. 9 grandchildren, 9 Great grandchildren. A brother, Lester Hicks of Grayson, KY and four sisters: Virginia Sammons, Shirley Davis both of Webbville, KY; Charolette Sloas of Huntington, WV and Evelyn Rice of Grove City,OH.

A celebration of life will be held at 1:00 PM at the Smith Chapel Church at Webbville, KY Saturday November 11, 2023.
