Steve L Skaggs

Steve L Skaggs, 90 of Catlettsburg, KY passed away at home October 9, 2023. He was born Dec. 7, 1932 in Elliott County, the son of the late Elsworth and Velva Mead Skaggs. He was also preceded in death by Paul Skaggs, Merill Skaggs and Roy Lee Skaggs.

Mr. Skaggs was a Korean War Veteran that served his country with honor. He also was a steelworker and worked in maintenance at the Town Center Mall. He was a mason and attended Faith Christian Assembly at Flatwoods, KY.

He is survived by his loving wife, Pamela Nunley Skaggs. Four children:  Pamela Finlks (John); Carol Bourlier (George); Peggy Skaggs, Ron Skaggs all of Michigan. Grandchildren:  Nichole, Kevin, Ryan, Andy and Melissa. As well as 5 great grandchildren.

Funeral will be conducted Friday, 10:00 AM October 13, 2023 at Lewis & Ferguson Funeral Home at Sandy Hook, KY Burial at North East Veterans Cemetery. Friends may call 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM Thursday at the funeral home.
