Robert Allen Skaggs, 61 of Grayson, KY passed away at his residence Oct. 17, 2021. He was born April 18, 1960 at Ashland, KY, the son of the late Ford Skaggs and Mary Loena Whitley R. Bailey.

He was of the Baptist faith. He was a self employed pipefitter.

Mr. Skaggs is survived by his daughter, Bobbi Skaggs of Astor, FL.

A private service was held under the direction of Lewis & Ferguson Funeral Home, Sandy Hook, KY
