Nadine (Adkins) Kegley

Nadine Kegley, 85 of Sandy Hook, KY passed away Jan. 10, 2023 at her residence.

She was born Sept. 30th, 1937 at Sandy Hook, KY; the daughter of the late Virgil and Addie Adkins. Nadine was also preceded in death by her husband and best friend Mattie Lee Kegley. Lee and Nadine were united in marriage for 52 years.

Nadine was of the Christian faith and retired from a long career of banking. Nadine had a deep love for animals of all kinds, especially her dog Cricket. She enjoyed spending most of her time outside and being with friends. She will be dearly missed. A very sincere thank you for the care that Nadine received from Community Hospice and her caretakers. It was very much appreciated.

Funeral will be conducted Friday, January 13, 2023 at 11:00 AM at the Lewis & Ferguson Funeral Home with Bro. Johnny Dagnan officiating. Burial will be at the Elliott County Memory Gardens. Friends may visit Friday from 10:00 AM until the service hour at the funeral home.
