Michael D Johnson

Michael D. Johnson, 69 of Dayton, OH passed away Sunday, Aug. 8, 2021 at his residence. Mr. Johnson was born December 17, 1951 at Dayton, OH; the son of Madeline L. Ison Johnson of Stephens, KY and the late Ishmael Johnson.

He was a retired Pattern Maker/Machinist of over 30 years and enjoyed spending time with his dogs and  all the families dogs. He had a lot of hobbies and spent most of his retirement time helping friends and family with whatever they needed. He also spent a lot of time with his grandkids making sure they always had what the needed

Mr. Johnson is survived by his loving family. Besides his mother, a son, Daniel Michael Johnson of Dayton, OH; a daughter, Angela Johnson of Dayton, OH; grandchildren:  Jade and Austin Burks, Keira Wasylychyn; a great grandchild, Journey Barker; a sister Nancy and husband Steve Jurs of South Carolina; nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who will sadly miss him.

Funeral will be conducted Saturday Aug. 14, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Lewis & Ferguson Funeral Home with visitation starting at 11:00 AM. Burial at the Elliott County Memory Gardens.
