Mavis Anna (Wagoner) Kelley Preston

Mavis Anna Wagoner Kelley Preston, 88 of Isonville, KY passed away Friday, June 3, 2022 at Kings Daughters Medical Center at Ashland, KY.

Mrs. Preston was born December 15, 1933 in Elliott County, the daughter of the late Charlie Estill and Delma Opal Jarrells Wagoner. She was also preceded in death by her first husband, Roba Darrell Kelley. Brothers and sisters:  Emogene Adkins, Cora Gibson, Delma Stephens, Elizabeth Wagoner, Burlin Wagoner, Elwood Wagoner, Marjorie Ward and Ronald Wagoner.

She was of the Baptist faith and a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband, Paul Vencil Preston. Two children:  Jimmie Darrell & wife Debra Sue Kelley of Simpsonville, SC; Carol Denise Kelley Fraley & husband David of Ashland, KY. Four grandsons:  Ryan, Adam, Aaron and Garrett Fraley. Three great grandchildren:  Jordan, Mason and Logan Fraley. Sisters and brother:  Myrtle Lewis, Judy Skaggs and Dale Wagoner as well as a host of extended family and friends who will sadly miss her.

A graveside service will be held at the Elliott County Memory Gardens at Sandy Hook, KY Monday, June 6, 2022 at 2:00 PM
