Lottie Francis (Jarrells) Lewis

Lottie Francis Jarrells Lewis, age 92, of Elliott County, Kentucky, passed away October 19, 2023, at Elliott Nursing and Rehab.  

She was born July 26, 1931 to the late Charlie and Laura Jarrells of Sandy Hook, Kentucky.  In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Russell Lewis; son, John Lewis; brothers, Bobby Jarrells and Ollie Jarrells; and sisters, Ruth Gibson and Glenna Atkins.  

Lottie was a homemaker and belonged to Ladies Auxilary VFW of Duffy, Ohio.  

She is survived by her son, Ollie Lewis of Florida; daughters, Carol Lewis of Sandy Hook; sister Aythle Brown; brother, Bill Jarrells; and a host of family and friends that will sadly mourn her passing.  

A funeral service will be held Tuesday, October 24, 2023 at 1:00pm at Lewis and Ferguson Funeral Home.  Visitation will begin one hour prior to service at noon.  Burial will be at a later date.
