Jody Holbrook Obituary

Jody Dale Holbrook, age 46, a beloved father, son, and brother, passed away Monday, June 1, 2020, at Cabell Huntington Hospital in West Virginia.

He was born August 31, 1973, in Morehead, KY to Joe and Kay Holbrook. In addition to his parents, he is survived by two sons, Jesse James and Hayden Bryce Holbrook, both of Olive HiIl; brother, Scott Holbrook of Sandy Hook; sister, Lisa Elam (Keith) of Wrigley; loving girlfriend, Anna Snyder of Olive Hill; niece, Krista Holbrook of Elliottsville; and nephews, Hunter Elam of Wrigley and Casey Holbrook of Elliottsville.

Jody was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Aubrey and Beatrice Blair and paternal grandparents, Willie and Dazel Holbrook.

Jody enjoyed the outdoors, especially when his tractor was in use. He could always be counted on to help out when asked. His gentle and helpful nature will be missed by all that knew him.

A memorial services will be scheduled at a later date.
