Charlotte Adkins

Charlotte Adkins, 73 of Morehead, KY passed away Friday, August 21, 2020 at Bluegrass Hospice Care Center at Lexington, KY.

Mrs. Adkins was born June 26, 1947 at Sandy Hook, KY; the daughter of the late Carl and Brooks Adkins.

She was of the Baptist Faith. After graduating high school, she graduated vocational business school. She retired from working at Scarc Company, an assisted living facility.

She is survived by her loving daughters:  Kim Pennington of Sandy Hook, KY and Melissa DeSantis of Oxford, FL.

Three grandchildren:  Blake DeSantis and Elissa DeSantis both of Oxford, FL, and Whitney Barnett of Morehead, KY. Two great grandchildren:  Aubrey and Kash Barnett of Morehead, KY. Three sisters:  Shirley Fraley of St. Louis, MO; Debbie Fraley of Sandy Hook, KY and Tammy Skaggs of Salt Lick, KY survives her as well as a host of extended family and friends who will sadly miss her.

A Celebration of Charlotte’s life will be held September 4, 2020 at 6:00 PM at Dixie Lanes at Grayson, KY for relatives and friends.
