Bobby Gene Ferguson

Bobby Gene Ferguson, age 67, of Sandy Hook, passed away October 7, 2021 at Kings Daughter's Medical Center surround by his girls.  He is the son of the late Hargis and Fern Boggs Ferguson.  

Bobby worked as a laborer out of United Laborer's Union 1445 of Catlettsburg.  He enjoyed his family and getting a rise out of them as often as he could.  He also loved a good book, Diet Coke, smoking cigarettes, and daily trips to McDonalds.  

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two brothers, Harold and Kenny Ferguson.

Bobby leaves behind a loving wife, Martha Stephens Ferguson; daughter, Tamara (Robby) Adkins of Sandy Hook, grandchildren, Whitney Mason (Chad Kouns) of Grayson and Hunter Adkins of Sandy Hook; great grand daughter, Parker Caudill of Grayson; three brothers, Ronald Griffith, Jerry Ferguson, and Buck Evans all of Springfield OH; and a sister, Linda Hale of Blaine.

Funeral services will be held on October 10, 2021 at 1:00pm at Lewis and Ferguson Funeral Home with Bro. Gary Sparks officiating.  Burial will follow at Elliott County Memory Gardens.  Visitation will take place on October 9, 2021 from 6-9pm at the funeral home.  

Pallbearers include Robby Adkins, Shannon Holbrook, Chad Kouns, Larry Henderson, Bill Oney, Rick Hale, and Hunter Adkins.
