Barry Wayne Goodman

Barry Wayne Goodman, 65 of Olive Hill passed away March 14, 2021 at St. Claire Medical Center at Morehead, KY.

Barry was born November 2, 1955 in Elliott County, the son of the late Orville and Rosie Skaggs Goodman. He was also preceded in death by a daughter, Bridgette L. Goodman. Also, brothers and sisters:  Denvil and Darwin Goodman, Naomi Parsons, Mary Alice Adkins and Stella Flannery.

He loved to fish and just hang out with his family and friends. He was of the Baptist faith. He worked as a carpenter and cement finisher.

Barry is survived by his children: Barry Wayne Goodman, II of Olive Hill; Felcia Howard of Sandy Hook and Brent Dailey of Olive Hill. A brother, John Goodman of Sandy Hook; sister Joyce King of Fairborn, Oh and JoAnn Griffith of Sandy Hook, KY. 

Barry's grandchildren:  Whitney Goodman, Dillon Howard, Hannah Dunaway, Haley Winkleman, Hannah Howard, Briana Goodman, Brent Dailey, II, Brett Dailey, Caden Goodman, Dawson Goodman, Colton Goodman and Easton Goodman. Great grandchildren:  Mckinlee Goodman, Hadlee Scott, Harper Scott and Joselyn Tackett.

Funeral will be conducted Thursday, March 18, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Lewis & Ferguson Funeral Home at Sandy Hook, KY with Bro. Rodney Gilliam officiating. Burial at Skaggs Flatt Cemetery. Friends may call after 6:00 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
